Part of the reason I left Baker Botts L.L.P. and then the firm of York, Keller & Field, L.L.P. was to allow me to represent a greater variety of clients in varying types of disputes. This freedom has allowed our firm to work with clients through creative fee arrangements, such as contingency fees, flat-fee billing, and traditional, hourly billing. The Field Law Firm will work with clients to find the billing arrangement appropriate for any given case.
